StarGames (www.stargamesinc.com)  is a fully integrated sports marketing, management and entertainment company.  StarGames represents current and former professional athletes (including Nancy Kerrigan and Ivan Lendl), produces original content for mass media distribution (such as Halloween on Ice, History of Hockey East and Rock Chalk Championship) and operates its own broadband television channel. In 2008, StarGames orchestrated the return of professional tennis to Madison Square Garden with the sold-out NetJets Showdown between Grand Slam champions Roger Federer and Pete Sampras.  In 2009, StarGames brought women’s tennis back to the World’s Most Famous Arena as the BNP Paribas Showdown hosted the top players in the world competing for the inaugural Billie Jean King Cup, broadcast live on HBO.  Most recently, StarGames has partnered with 8 time Grand Slam Champion Ivan Lendl to open Ivan Lendl’s Champions Academy for elite junior athletes in tennis and golf (www.champacademy.com).

Jerry Solomon, President and CEO

Mr. Solomon has been one of America's top sports marketing executives for more than 20 years.  Following his graduation from Columbia University in 1978 with a Master's degree in International Business, Mr. Solomon was recruited by the Colgate-Palmolive Company to serve as its liaison to the men's and women's professional tennis tours. In 1980, he moved to Washington D.C. and joined ProServ, the second largest sports marketing and management company in the world.  At ProServ, Jerry managed the likes of Ivan Lendl, Michael Chang, Karch Kiraly, Janet Evans, Nancy Kerrigan, Eliot Teltscher, Shannon Miller and Jackie Joyner Kersee. Mr. Solomon was named Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of ProServ in 1987 and was elected President in 1990.  He left ProServ in 1994 and moved to Boston to launch StarGames.

Mr. Solomon has been named one of the  "Top 100 Most Powerful People in Sports" by The Sporting News and one of the  "Top 25 Most Influential People in Figure Skating" by Figure Skating International magazine.  He is responsible for helping to found the Karch Kiraly Scholarship Fund, the KidSport Foundation and the Nancy Kerrigan Foundation.  He has been a professor of sports marketing at the University of New Hampshire and UCLA and wrote  "An Insider's Guide to Managing Sports Events," which was published in 2001 by Human Kinetics.





Frank Smith, Vice President

Mr. Smith is a chief executive with vast experience in business and financial management. Utilizing his 35 years experience, Mr. Smith has successfully led a variety of companies from traditional brick & mortar insurance to sports marketing to television broadcasting to the Internet. His broad and comprehensive background extends from the commercial realm to the non-profit sectors with equal success.

He was a key member of the organizing committee responsible for hosting the Olympic Games in Los Angeles. In that role, he made two major presentations to the International Olympic Committee at their headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. His hands-on leadership approach to managing the Olympic Village at UCLA contributed significantly to the overall surplus of the most commercially and financially successful Olympics to that point in history. Additionally, he has traveled the globe directing professional sporting events, contributing significantly to the growth and popularity of professional tennis.

Mr. Smith has directed the activities of a countywide economic development corporation and his own video and television production company. His extensive media experience includes producing two award-winning television programs and the direction of a children's sports instructional web site.
